Baked Cajun Garlic Butter Sea Bass image

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 sea bass fillets cut into 4 pieces
salt and pepper
1/4 c butter melted
4 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp cajun seasoning
fresh chives for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Remove any skin from fillets. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 2. Mix the melted butter, garlic and Cajun seasoning together and pour over the fish. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Until fish is opaque and flakes easily
  • 3. Serve garnished with fresh chives
