This is a recipe that I saw on Food Network and thought I'd give it a try. It is a remix of the old boring broccoli and cheese.

Steps:
- Cut broccoli into "trees" (stalks and florets together) then cut trees in half.
- Put broccoli on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper to tase.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until tender.
- Take out of oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top and bake again until cheese is bubbly.
