1 Granny Smith apples, and or cracker
8 ounces round brie cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons Bourbon

Steps:

  • Make the pecan bourbon crust by mixing dry ingredients (pecans, brown sugar, and flour).
  • Step 2.
  • Add wet ingredients (melted butter and bourbon) and mix well.
