Baked BBQ Chicken Wings image

This is one of my favorite recipes to make! It is so easy but very delicious! (Normally I use the chicken drumettes but for this photo I had used chicken wing "portions".) Nutritional Info Per Serving: 237 Calories, 11.7 gram total fat; 43 mg cholesterol; 14.8 grams protein; 19.2 grams carbohydrates; 0.5 grams fiber.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 c light soy sauce
1/4 c honey
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp ginger, ground
1/4 c tabasco hot sauce
20 chicken drumettes (healthier if skinless)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix first 5 ingredients in a medium size, flat dish or pan. Add chicken wings and REFRIGERATE FOR 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. (Turning chicken wings in marinade every 2-3 hours or so helps enhance the flavor.)
  • 2. Place chicken wings on a well-greased baking sheet or 1/4" baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, turning wings after 15 minutes.
