Another way to eat Texas Toast.

6 Tbsp refried beans
1 pkg pepperidge farm mozzarella monterey jack texas toast
salsa
sour cream
chopped green onion

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare toast to package directions. Spread 1 T refried beans on each toast and bake 2 more min to heat. Top with sour cream, green onions, and salsa.
