just saw this on the back of the pkg of bacon...will try later

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) refrigerated butermilk biscuits
1 tablespoon(s) butter/marg
6 - eggs
1/3 cup(s) milk
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
3 ounce(s) cream cheese cubed
6 slice(s) bacon, cooked

Steps:

  • heat oven to 325
  • seperate biscuits, place on bottom and up sides of a 9" pie plate; press together to form crust. bake 12 mins or untill lightly browned
  • meanwhile melt butter in large nonstick skillet on med heat. whisk eggs, milk, and seasoning until well blended; pour into skillet, cook 5 mins. or untileggs begin to set, stirring occasionally. add cream cheese, cook 3 mins or until cream sheese is melted and eggs are set, stirring occasionally.
  • spoon egg mixture into crust, top with bacon.
