Steps:
- Brown bacon and onion until bacon crisp. Drain, reserve 1tbls and set aside bacon and onion. Stir flour, salt, pepper and garlic into 1tbls fat. Cook over med heat until bubbly. Stir in sour cream, corn and 1/3 of bacon&onion mixture. Pour into 1 1/2qt casserole. Sprinkle with remaining bacon and onion. Bake 350 deg for 30mins. Sprinkle with parsley and chives
