Growing up one of my favorite sandwiches was one my Grandmother made which was a grilled cheese and meatloaf sandwich. That's what gave me this idea for these burgers and they are just delicious.

Steps:
- 1. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and place the bacon on the tinfoil and put in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until crispy.
- 2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine ground chuck, bread crumbs, milk, worcestershire sauce, minced onion, chili powder and garlic powder. Once the bacon is done, remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain and then crumble into the meat mixture, add the cheese and mix well. Divide the meat into four portions and make into patties. Drain off the bacon grease from the baking sheet and place the burgers on the baking sheet (that little hint of bacon grease left on the tinfoil is very flavorful).
- 3. Whisk together the ketchup, mustard and honey and brush the tops of the burgers. Place in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
