BACON CHEESEBURGER BISCUIT BAKE image

1 pound ground beef
1-8oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1-2.8oz. pouch of bacon bits
dash of pepper
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1-12oz. tube (10 biscuits) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits.

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 2. Cook beef and bacon until beef is no longer pink. Drain. 3. Stir in tomato sauce and ketchup. 4. Put half the meat mixture into a greased square baking dish. Top with half the cheese, repeat layers. 5. Place biscuits around the edges of the top layer. Cook in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes. Until biscuits are golden brown.
