How to make Backyard Bourbon Beef Marinade

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons bourbon
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon crushed garlic clove
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients. Marinade beef 12 to 24 hours. Grill following your favorite method.
  • *Will accommodate up to 2 lbs. of beef (good for flank steak, London broil, skirt steak, filet, strip steaks)
