This is a flavourful version of cabbage rolls without all the work! It's really good served with mashed potatoes. I think this dish is great as is but if you really don't like much salt in your food I would only add half of the onion soup mix. This recipe is weight watchers core when made without the addition of the optional cheese.

Steps:
- Brown meat, onion and garlic. Drain well.
- Stir rice and onion soup mix into meat mixture.
- Place coleslaw in a lightly greased 9x13 glass pan.
- Spread meat mixture evenly over the cabbage.
- Mix together the tomato sauce, tomato soup and water and pour over the cabbage and meat.
- Top with cheese, if using.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for an hour and a half.
