Baby Bok Choy image

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 tablespoons Canola Oil
9 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
8 Scallions, trimmed and thinkly sliced, white and green parts separated.
8 heads Baby Bok Choy, halved lenghtwise and tottims trimmed but left intact.
3/4 tablespoon Salt
3/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Steps:

  • In wok over moderatly high heat, add oil and saute 1/3 garlic, 1/3 ginger and 1/3 white parts of schallions 1-minute until fragrant.
  • Add 1/3 bok choy and sear until tips wilted 3-minutes.
  • Sprinke with 1/4 teaspoon salt ant 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  • Transfer to large serving dish and cover to keep warm.
  • Repeat two more times for a total of 3 batches.
  • garnishwith green parts of scallions and serve.
