BaBa's Thousand Island Dressing image

This is my husband's favorite salad dressing. BaBas has been making this for him since he was 10 years old. Use this on salads, as a veggie dip, or great for Reuben sandwiches. Will keep in fridge for 2 weeks.

2 cups mayonnaise (such as Hellman's®)
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 cup ketchup (such as Heinz®), or to taste

Steps:

  • Whisk mayonnaise, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, relish, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl until smooth. Whisk in ketchup until desired color and consistency is reached.
