Steps:
- 1. Fry bacon. 2. Sautee onions, garlic, S&P, Italian seasoning,W'chester, in left over bacon grease. 3. Then blend into the burger and pork. Roll into balls. 4. Make the sauce which is Mayo, Deli mustard, Italian seasonings, little bit of Rice vinegar, and the basil/EVOO, S&P. 5. Grill the burgers: lid the burgers/cheese, and lid the buns to steam. 6. Grate and top w/cheese 7. Slather bun w/sauce 8. Top burger w/bacon
