Awesome Artichoke Dip image

Yield 3 - 4 cups

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
1 (14-ounce) can artichokes, drained, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 green onions, sliced
1 tomato, chopped

Steps:

  • Mix and place in a 9-inch pie plate all ingredients except onion and tomato. Microwave on MEDIUM 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with onion and tomato. Serve with crackers. Editor's Extra: If using an oven, set at 350° and bake 20-25 minutes.
