Avocado Hollandaise image

Super easy and tastes so good

1/2 avocado
2 tsp lemon juice
1/3 c hot water
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Place the avocado, lemon juice and hot water in a food processor. With the processor on drizzle in the olive oil and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over poached eggs
