Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; stir in brown sugar. Cut in butter or margarine till mixture is crumbly. Mix in the beaten egg and ground almonds; mix well by hand. On lightly floured surface, roll out dough and cut into circular shapes. Spread 1 teaspoon raspberry jam over cutout, place a second cutout on top to form a sandwich. Combine beaten egg yolk and water; brush over top of cookies. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
