Aunt Sue's Sweet Potato Casserole image

A recipe from my Aunt Sue that we had every Thanksgiving that we spent with them.

Number Of Ingredients 10

5 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/3 c milk
3 Tbsp light brown sugar
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 c mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients except for marshmallows. Put in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 5 mins more.
