Aunt Sally's Texas Coleslaw image

My husband's Aunt Sally makes this tangy coleslaw that goes well with BBQ, Mexican food and Fourth of July cookouts.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 (16 oz.) package(s) coleslaw, mix
1 (6 oz.) can(s) mexican-style corn, drained
2 - fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoon(s) cumin
1 cup(s) ranch dressing
1/4 teaspoon(s) corriander
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 - lime, juiced

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate until serving.
