My Aunt Carolyn brought this cake to family gatherings while I was growing up.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Set aside 6 to 8 orange slices
- 3. FOR THE CAKE:
- 4. Grease and flour 3 9" round cake pans.
- 5. Stir to mix cake mix, oil, oranges and eggs in a large bowl.
- 6. Evenly pour batter into the cake pans.
- 7. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool completely. (About 1 hour)
- 8. FOR THE FROSTING:
- 9. In a bowl, mix pineapple and pudding mix until mix is completely dissolved.
- 10. Add Cool Whip. Stir to mix well.
- 11. When cake is cool, frost it with the pineapple frosting. Garnish with the reserved orange slices.
