Aunt Annie Crumb Cake image

How to make Aunt Annie Crumb Cake

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick of butter
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 egg
3/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Mix with your hands 1 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 cups of flour 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 stick of butter to make crumbs. Take 1 cup of those crumbs to use for topping. To the remainder add 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 egg and 3/4 cup of milk. Pour into a 8" Or 9" pan. Spread the 1 cup of crumbs over top. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot!
