2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup mushroom
2 tablespoons garlic
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 cups marinara sauce

Steps:

  • Saute them all together for about 5 minutes, and then on a separate pan, grill shrimp for 3-4 minutes.
  • After five minutes add heavy cream to sauce, then add the shrimp to the sauce-- and let sit for ten minutes, serve over rice.
