Steps:
- 1. Trim tuna into a block that can then be cut down into cubes and combine with soy, wasabi and sake. Allow tuna to marinate for 15mins in fridge. 2. Cook Soba noodles in boiling water for 4mins. Drain and rinse well with cold water. 3. Add Noodles to a large shallow salad bowl. Add greens, tomatoes, cucumber, olives. 4. Make dressing by combing all ingredients in a bowl, set aside. 5. Heat a fry pan over high heat, preferably non stick. Sear Tuna cubes for 10 seconds on two sides only. 6. Place tuna on salad and top with ginger and dressing. scallions- very thin slice to sprinkle over salad/soba to serve Serves 4
