- 1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok.
- 2. Add the cabbage, bell pepper, garlic, and onion.
- 3. Fry for a couple of minutes.
- 4. Add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook until the cabbage is soft and cooked through.
