Asian Pork Chops & Green Bean Skillet image

1 Tbsp. oil
4 boneless pork chops (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen French-cut green beans
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1-1/2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook, covered, 3 min. on each side or until done (145°F). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add broth, green beans and soy sauce to skillet; stir. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; top with chops. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 5 min.
  • Remove skillet from heat; let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork. Top with nuts.
