Hey... It's Saturday... and I'm playing around in the test kitchen. I love ribs... grilled, baked, whatever... I love ribs. These were an experiment that turned out pretty dang good, so here you go. So, you ready... let's get into the kitchen.

Steps:
- Gather your ingredients.
- Mix the spices together in a small bowl.
- Use your fingers to break up the brown sugar... A chef's best tools are his/her hands.
- Remove the silver skin, by cutting under it, and then using a paper towel to grab and pull it off the ribs.
- Cut the ribs into sections that will fit into your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the spices onto the ribs and rub.
- Add the water to the slow cooker.
- Add the ribs.
- Cook on low for about 6 hours.
- Chef's Tip: At the end of the 6 hours, the rib meat should be tender and separate easily from the bone.
- Slice the ribs into individual pieces, and add some sauce.
- Serve while still warm. Enjoy.
