Steps:
- Place salmon steaks in a Ziploc bag and set aside. Mix soy sauce, orange juice, garlic, mustard, tomato sauce and lemon juice in a bowl, and pour into the Ziploc bag. Seal and place bag into refrigerator and let marinade for 4 to 6 hours. When ready, place salmon steaks on grill for approximately 5 minutes on each side (or longer for well done).
