ASIAN CITRUS SALMON STEAKS image

4 6-ounce salmon steaks
1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons tomato sauce or marinara sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Steps:

  • Place salmon steaks in a Ziploc bag and set aside. Mix soy sauce, orange juice, garlic, mustard, tomato sauce and lemon juice in a bowl, and pour into the Ziploc bag. Seal and place bag into refrigerator and let marinade for 4 to 6 hours. When ready, place salmon steaks on grill for approximately 5 minutes on each side (or longer for well done).
