Steps:
- Cut up sui choy (quarter head but don't cut through) into fine ribbons. Place in bowl. Break up noodles into small pieces. Add noodles, nuts and butter to saute pan, and saute until golden. Don't overcook. Cool before adding to sui choy (don't add until just before serving). Prepare salad dressing (add all ingredients togethr and blend). The salad can be made ahead just keep cabbage, noodle mixture and dressing apart until serving.
