ARTICHOKE TOSSED SALAD image

2 cups ea. torn romaine, leaf and iceberg lettuce
1 (6-1/2 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (2-1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

Steps:

  • In a salad bowl, combine the lettuce, artichokes, mushrooms and olives. Drizzle with salad dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
