Steps:
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding olive oil to water. Drain well. Put pasta in large bowl and pour the marinade from the artichokes over the pasta. Add salad dressing and chopped garlic; mix well. Add artichokes, cooked broccoli, peas (not necessary to cook them), tomatoes and olives. In a small bowl, combine may and vinegar. Stir into pasta mixture; mix gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate covered overnight, or until serving time. I added olive oil to pasta after cooking, steamed from broccoli and 12 oz package of pasta (just add some olive oil to pasta before serving if too thick)
