Number Of Ingredients 7

1 12-oz bag frozen artichoke hearts (cooked)
1 15-oz can no-salt added garbanzo beans (beans & liquid)
2 tablespoons raw tahini
2 tablespoons Dr. Fuhrman's VegiZest
2 tablespoons onion flakes
6 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lemon

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Use as a dip for raw veggies or as a sauce for cooked veggies.
