Argentine Bruschetta image

This easy appetizer is a great use for Argentine leftover gaucho steak and chimichurri sauce.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/2 - baguette loaf french bread
3/4 cup(s) prepared chimichurri sauce
6 ounce(s) grilled flank steak
2 clove(s) garlic

Steps:

  • Slice baguette into 12 one-inch diagonal slices.
  • Toast bread and gently rub with garlic cloves that have been cut in half.
  • Top bread with a half ounce of warmed grilled Argentine-style flank steak and top with about one tablespoon chimichurri sauce.
