APRICOT/RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE CHEESE BAKE image

1/2 cup Mayonaise
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 green onions chopped
6 Ritz crackers, crushed
Topping:
1/2 cup Raspberry (or Apricot) Chipotle sauce
8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Mix mayonaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and chopped onions together; spread in a quiche pan. Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers on top and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with crumbled bacon and 1/2 cup of Raspberry or Apricot Chipotle sauce. Serve with Wheat Thins.
