APRICOT RUSSIAN CHICKEN image

6 boned chicken breasts
1 Tbs corn starch
1 bottle Russian Dressing
1 small jar Apricot Jam/Preserves (approx 6 oz or less)
1 Pkg onion soup mix
Fresh sliced mushrooms

Steps:

  • Mix dressing, jam, onion soup mix and corn starch together. Place chicken in baking dish. Put mushrooms on top. Pour mixture over chicken Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325 deg Uncover and bake for 15 min at 350 deg. Serve with rice.
