APRICOT POUND CAKE image

1 cup butter room temperature
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup apricot brandy
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy. Mix in bowl sour cream, apricot brandy, orange, vanilla, lemon, rum, and almond extracts. mix in another bowl flour, soda, and salt. Mix the flour mixture alternately with sour cream mixture into the butter, sugar and eggs. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
