1 8 oz pkg egg noodles
1/4 c sweet butter
3 oz cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1tsp vanilla
1 c apricot nectar
1 c whole milk
1/2 c golden raisins
Topping:
1 1/2 c corn flakes, crumbled
1/2 c sweet butter
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350-lightly grease a 9x9 baking pan cook egg noodles in boiling water 8-10 minutes,til al dente,drain mix noodles with 1/4 c butter, cream cheese,eggs,1/2 c sugar and vanilla add apricot nectar and milk,stirring-add raisins, then pour mixture into pan over thetop, evenly sprinkle cornflake crumbs,1/2 c butter,1/4 c sugar,remainng vanilla and cinnaamon bake 45 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned
