Apricot Jell-O® image

This is always a winner and good to the last drop! The Jell-O® has a wonderful texture and, with the Cool Whip®, it can pass for dessert, too. Easiest recipe ever!

46 fluid ounces apricot nectar
3 (3 ounce) packages apricot-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®
½ cup whipped cream, or to taste

Steps:

  • Bring apricot nectar to a rolling boil in a saucepan; remove from heat. Stir apricot-flavored gelatin into nectar until dissolved. Pour gelatin mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate until set, 8 hours to overnight. Top dessert with whipped cream about 2 hours before serving.
