APPLEBEES ARTHICHOKE SPINACH DIP image

1 10-ounce (280 g) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 14-ounce (395 g) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 1/4 cups (310 ml) prepared Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup (125 ml) shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) shredded Romano cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz (110 g) cream cheese at room temperature
1 tsp (5 ml) finely chopped garlic
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Place the ingredients in a bowl an stir to combine thoroughly. Spread into an 8x8-inch (20x20-cm) baking dish and bake in a preheated 350F (180C) oven until bubbling, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with chips or bread. Serves 8 to 12.
