Steps:
- For Cake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend salad dressing, cake mix and eggs at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add apples and raisins.
- Spread mixture into a buttered 13x9 baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake
- For Frosting: Blend butter and rum extract. Slowly add sugar beating at high speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Spread over cooled cake.
