- 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Melt the butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish in the oven as it's preheating; swirl butter around to coat dish completely.
- 2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and flour. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the melted butter.
- 3. Combine apples, raisins, and walnuts. Lay the apple slices down over the butter.
- 4. Pour the flour mixture over the apple slices and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with maple syrup if desired.
