This is a favorite of my husband's--excellent game day food! The greatest thing is that the dip doesn't immediately harden like most other cheesy dips. Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- 2. Mix cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, onion, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and paprika together in a bowl; transfer to a baking dish or pie pan and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven until top is brown and bubbling, about 20 minutes.
- 3. Top with chorizo, green onion, and cayenne.
