Apple Pie Snickerdoodles image

This is a delicious, easy-to-make cookie that has all the flavors of apple pie. Great for the holidays!

2 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cream of tartar
2 3/4 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 c dried apples, chopped
3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
