APPLE EGG ROLL DESSERT image

Delicious Egg Roll desserts, Always have left over apple pie filling and egg roll wrappers so I decided to use them both as a scrumptious snack.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 apples, pared and sliced
1/2 c light brown sugar
1/2 c chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp corn starch
sprinkle with powdered sugar after frying

Steps:

  • 1. Mix ingredients for filling in a bowl. Use vegetable oil to deep fry,Place mixture across corner of egg roll wrapper and fold tightly.
