Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 degree C).
- Peel, core, and slice apples.
- In a large size bowl, toss apples with white sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, cinnamon, lemon juice, and water
- Spread apples evenly into a buttered baking pan/dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together remaining flour, brown sugar, oats, and butter. Mix butter in with fingers to crumbly texture.
- Spoon mixture evenly over apples.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes (apple mixture will bubble and topping will be golden brown).
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
