Apple Chip Cake image

Number Of Ingredients 11

3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 cups Sugar
1.5 cups Oil
3 Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3 cups Diced Apples
1 cup Black Walnuts

Steps:

  • Sift together flour and baking soda.
  • Mix in dry ingredients.
  • Mix in wet ingredients.
  • Pour into tube pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
