APPLE CHIP CAKE image

Really g00d cake.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/3 c salad oil
2 c sugar
2 eggs
3 c apples, peeled and cut up
1 c pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
3 c flour

Steps:

  • 1. Blend the salad oil, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients in the order given. Spoon into ungreased oblong baking pan Bake at 350 degreesfor 1 hour.
