APPLE CHEESE PANCAKES image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 c. part-skim ricotta
1 c. grated apple
3/4 c. flour
1 Tbs. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. salt

Steps:

  • Mix together all of the ingredients, except for the eggs whites. Beat the eggs whites until they are stiff. Cook the pancakes on a 400 degree griddle.
