- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar just till combined. Do not overmix or go over 40 seconds with a mixer.
- 3. Beat in apple butter, eggs, and oats.
- 4. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- 5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture along with the milk.
- 6. Stir in apples and raisins.
- 7. Chill dough for at least 20 minutes in refrigerator.
- 8. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
- 9. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Cool on the sheet for a few minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.
