Apple Broccoli Coleslaw Salad image

I love Fugi apples the most out of all the apples. I buy them in a big bag at BJ's Wholesale. Anyway this recipe comes off the bag. Last yr I made this for a Christmas party and nothing was left. It is AMAZING!!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2-3 medium fuji apples, unpeeled, cored and chopped
2 c broccoli florettes
2 c coleslaw mix
1/4 c dried cranberries
3/4 c prepared cole slaw dressing (marie's is best)
optional: bacon bits or sunflower seeds

Steps:

  • 1. Combine apples, broccoli, coleslaw mix and dried cranberries in large bowl. Add coleslaw dressing and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate leftovers.
