Steps:
- 1. Preheat over to 400°.
- 2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- 3. Stir together bran cereal and milk; let stand 5 minutes. Add apple, egg and oil, beating until well blended.
- 4. Add flour mixture, stirring just until combined; DO NOT overmix.
- 5. Fill standard size muffin prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
- 6. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
